After 15 years operating on the same bowls and plates, Cafe Zupas set out to modernize their dishware, only to find nothing on the market fit their specific service needs or the restaurant ecosystem they'd already built. They came to us for a custom solution.

Working alongside Mike Jacobs, we ran a full industrial design process from field research and data gathering through concept development and manufacturing. The result is a set of hybrid plates and bowls purpose-built for Cafe Zupas' soup, salad, and sandwich lineup, elevating the brand experience while presenting the food at its best.
