The Northern Company Skillet is the brainchild of Jenner Brown, a Utah local with a passion for heirloom quality cookware. He approached Jake and I to help him realize a sketch he'd made, which outlined a no-frills Scandinavian-styled pan.
The skillet features a milled cooking surface that creates a natural non-stick surface when seasoned and cared for properly. It's minimal flush top profile contrasts with it's surfaced base and handle features, creating a clean yet comfortable profile.
The No. 8 skillet went into production in early 2020, hand-cast in the mountains of Utah. Get yours here.
