Fabric Bicycle Speaker

This is a personal project I did to explore building injection moldable geometry and mounting bosses.

I was inspired by the cage-less bottle mounting technology that fabric has, which I found isn't that great for water bottles because of how much precision is needed to mount the bottle mid-ride. With that being said, it is a sturdy mount for something that doesn't need to move much during the ride, like a tool holder or a speaker.

The final design references fabrics visual design language, and the UI is inspired by accessible touch points for the rider.
